Hillbrook is run with the residents’ interests first and foremost and managed with a transparent and open approach. The open-door policy adopted by management promotes a positive and inclusive atmosphere amongst residents, relatives and staff alike.
The Registered Manager
Our Registered Manager is Rosaleen (Roz) Charles. Roz has lots of experience in the care sector and leads the team of staff here at Hillbrook Grange.
Hillbrook is administered by a board of directors who have a wide array of professional skills, coming from both private and public sectors. Bruce Bissell is the chair.
Under the direction of our board our home has gone from strength to strength. Thanks to sound investment and long-term strategic planning Hillbrook has embarked on a new chapter with the addition of a stunning extension, making it much easier to cater for less mobile residents and greatly improving senior living.
All our directors take an active interest in the operation of our home and our Board adopts a very hands-on approach overseeing the home’s operations, supporting management and interacting with residents.
